法蘭克福展覽中心假日酒店the niu (Holiday Inn - the niu, Air Frankfurt Messe)

Hotel near tram no 17 or bus no 50 go to messe; easy to get access from central station, breakfast good and delicious, room quite big, but there are no teapot/coffee/tea at the room. Everything good and comfy at this hotel.. thanks for the hospitality

酒店交通方便，無論是坐有軌電車還是開車都方便。不過停車價格有點貴。附近有超市。酒店安靜。酒店大樓和設施跟新。衞生狀況很好。酒店大堂時尚，現代，舒適。

這家酒店真的太棒了！一進大堂就感覺特別寬敞明亮，工作人員都非常熱情友好，辦理入住也特別快。房間乾淨，床鋪特別舒服，感覺就像睡在自己家一樣。房間的設施也很齊全，電視、空調、熱水壺等都運行良好。而且酒店的隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡覺很安靜，沒有被打擾到。酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種麵包、糕點、水果、飲料應有盡有，味道也很不錯。酒店的位置也很好，周圍交通方便，附近有很多餐廳和購物場所，非常方便。

처음 화장실 문 열고 구토가 날 뻔! 하수구 냄새가 심하게 났어요. 한 달 전 방문은 아주 즐거웠어요. 이 번은 좀 힘들었어요. 남편이 창을 열고 환기를 시키고 변기 물도 여러 번 내렸어요. 방을 바꿀까 고민을 했어요. 2박 중 첫날 정말 심했고, 샤워 중 냄새가 올라오기도 했어요. 우린 비위가 좋은 편이라^^ 약하신 분은 정말 구토 가능.

I recently completed a stay at this IHG hotel and cannot recommend it based on my experience. While the room itself had some positive aspects—it was a generous size and the temperature control worked well—these were significantly overshadowed by major service and amenity failures. The dark brown and grey colour scheme was modern and effective at hiding general wear, though potential guests should be aware that it also makes it very easy to overlook personal items left behind. The most significant issue was the staff's attitude, which was far from welcoming. Interactions felt slightly adversarial, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This was compounded by a troubling incident where the front desk hung up the phone immediately upon hearing English spoken. For an international brand, this is both odd and unprofessional. Furthermore, for the high price point, the lack of basic provisions was astonishing. The room was completely devoid of toiletries and sundries: no toothpaste, slippers, comb, or even tea and coffee facilities. These are minimum expectations for any hotel at this level. Due to the unwelcoming service and the lack of basic amenities, I will not be returning to this location. This experience has also made me more cautious, and I will be assessing my future stays with IHG brands much more carefully.

酒店走廊有畫，都幾得意。停車場收費15歐元。房間乾淨舒適，大小都夠用。停車場進出口挺窄，不過我開一輛奔馳Vito進出都可以慢慢通過。

My stay was great, my room was clean , the staff was friendly , the location is quiet and just 3 minutes walk from the tram which goes directly to the city central.
